The electronic signature (a graphical mark guaranteed by a certificate) acquired at time of delivery along with other certified data such as geolocation and time allow digitising the process and all downstream steps. The e-signature can subsequently be used in internal processes or shared with clients or other applicable parties.
Manage any disputes immediately and reduce losses
Knowing the outcome of a delivery immediately, especially in the presence of acceptance with reserve or failed delivery, means reducing the costs of disputes, returns or billing issues. All of it by certifying with pictures and time stamps the location of the events.
The main characteristics
Graphic signature (certified)
Acquisition of the certified graphic mark at delivery, along with satellite position and other information that are digitally signed at the time of acquisition in order to certify the related unchangeable status.
Electronic Borderau
Through the QrDelivery App, the operator may receive instructions on the pick-up or delivery of goods, providing feedback of the actions that are being carried out in the field.
Communications
The company may send or receive communications, tracked by the portal, to the operator out in the area.
Geo-localization and Privacy
Also through the QrDelivery App, the company may inquire about the operator’s position, in full respect of the privacy. In a similar way, it is possible to know the date and time of the last position detected, based on the last delivery performed.
Task progress and resource management
As deliveries are processed, the central-station operator has visibility over the percentage of completed pick-ups or deliveries and the ability to better manage resources and communications with the clients.
