Partnership : System of association with partners

Partners : Person (or group) with whom one is associated to accomplish a project

  •  Project plan:

    • TRANSPARENCY: it makes it possible to better anticipate the future of the project. It increases the rate of success of the project.

    • To do a little more than only formal contractual engagements

  •  Financial plan:

    • A budget made to measure for the possibilities

    • Shared investments

    • Shared risks

    • A margin at the limit of the investments and risks
