Role

Your responsibilities will cover the ASIC design, integration, validation and
test creation for a System-On-Chip targeted for the mobile phone digital
based band modem implementing the GSM/GPRS/EDGE standards.
This SOC DBB design integration requires the execution of the following main
activities:

Wireless SOC hardware design (Specification,
RTL development, Synthesis, Validation, Backend design)

Implement high quality Design For Test
methods and Test creation (Memory BIST, SCAN and ATPG, Delay and Fault
testing, IDDQ, functional testing include DSP and MCU processor)

Specification of the validation and test
vector suites development

| Skills :
|
ASIC/SOC design
flow
DFT
technology and implementation experience. ATPG nice to have.
Computer
architecture: MCU, DSP, System-On-Chip
Complex mixed
C/HDL testbench development
Validation
tools/languages: Modelsim, VCS, Specman, UML
