Technical assistance by FIXED PRICE
The fixed prices are evaluted precisely (responsibilities,
size of teams, stages, delivery dates) by our technical management.
Each project is placed under the responsibility of a Project
Director, and benefits from the assistance of our support centre. The project
management follows the project and ensures that contractual engagements are
respected. These assignments are either on our premises, or at the customer site
(according to the technical means available from the customer).
The follow-up is on a weekly basis and allows us to know the
time spent by task, and to calculate the balance required to produce each task.
These elements are consolidated regularly. Each month, a provisional report
is established. This assessment brings together the progress report of the
project and the contractual engagement of Axylog,
in order to establish a risk evaluation (respecting the completion dates,
respecting the specified workload) and to prepare action plans, if necessary,
for the remainder.
