Our culture and our wish is to completely integrate our engineers within the teams of the customer, so that they are not left "alone" among the customers.

For us, it is essential to follow, even to help or support, our engineers in the projects in which they take part. For that, we regularly meet our collaborators in order to give a status report on the assignment in progress.

After having reviewed with the customer, we make a synthesis expressing the provisional assessment of the assignment.

Finally, if necessary, our collaborators receive training adapted to the project concerned.
